I was living in New Orleans for the storm + 6 days before escaping north. I did see Black Water take over an entire second floor and balcony for their headquarters above Bourbon Street. I saw them go in and out of the Federal Reserve. How do I know? The sunglasses. Just ask Jeremy Scahill in his book about it. They were there doing what ever the fork they wanted, well armed and lookin'bad no lie. I saw them with my own lyin'eyes! You don't want these boyz dating yer sister. Thank you fo'da copious post.
